CASTLE AG1AIX APPEARS OX SCREEN Mrs. Irene Castle, famous dan-seuse dan-seuse and actress, appears again on the silver sheet for the first time in more than two years, in the picture called "French Heels," which comes to the Kinema Theatre next week for anengagement of two days. It is difficult to estimate in advance ad-vance the welcome that local theatre thea-tre patrons will accord this celebrated celebrat-ed popular artist. Suffice lo say that the Kinema will no doubt be crowded crowd-ed to cpaacity. In her first appearance appear-ance in this city. Mrs. Castle has always al-ways been favored with capacity audiences, au-diences, whether apeparing in person per-son or on the screen, and it is safe to assume, therefore, that "French Heels" will draw record houses at each performance. The story of "French Heels" Introduces In-troduces Mrs. Castle in a series of whirlwind events. She dances, rides, swims, and1 wears a number of stunning stun-ning wraps and gowns that 'will no doubt be the envy of every woman in town.'. The action cf the story takes tak-es place in New York City and in the lumber camps of the far north. It is a modern story, written especially espec-ially for the star, and is said to provide her with some of the best opportunities of her career. "French Heels" which is a Hod-kinson Hod-kinson released p'cture, was directed direct-ed by EJlwin L. Hollywood, who for several' years was production mana-ber mana-ber for Mary Pickford. |
