Application of Schedule This Schedule is for Municipal Incandescent Incandes-cent S;reet Lighting only. The Company Com-pany will make, maintain, operate the original installation and additions addi-tions thereto, provided that no extensions ex-tensions exceeding 600 feet will be made to install a single lamp, and that no extensions will be made at the Company's expense during the last two years of the contract. Lamp renewals will be supplied by the Company at its expense. No. reductions in candle power or number num-ber of lamps shall be made during the terms of a contract. The location of lamps will be changed at the order and at the expense ex-pense of the municipality. Service without Contract Municipal Muni-cipal Street Lighting Service will be supplied without contract at a rate 25 per cent in excess of the rate under un-der contract. Rules and Regulations Service under this schedule shall be subject to all itsterms, to all the terms of the contract, and to all Rules and Regulations of the company on file with the Public Utilities Commission Commis-sion of t'tah. Effective in Utah in all territi vy 3 now served by the Company. Rate 3 3-4 cents per kilowatt hour for the first 50 kilowatt hours of monthly mon-thly consumption. 3 1-4 cents per kilowatt hour for all additional kilowatt hours of monthly consumption. Minimum Charge $2.22 per month for connected loads of 3000 watts or less plus 35 cents per mo. for each additional 1000 watts of connected load or fraction thereof. Prompt Payment Discount 10 per cent on all charges including minimum charges, if paid within the discount period.' Application of Schedule This Schedule is for alternating current service at approximately 110 and 2-20 2-20 volts for heating, cooking, gener-; al household appliances, and motors of one horse power or less, used for domestic purposes.
