Show DEATH OF MRS EMELINE J. DAVIDSON OF MILFORD Mrs. Emeline J. Davidson passed away at the home of her granddaugh-Mrs. granddaugh-Mrs. Robert Sherwood, at six o'clock, Monday morning Death was due to pneumonia and partial paralysis. Mrs. Davidson was born in Jackson, Jack-son, Michigan, June 14, 1842 and lived there until after her marriage, in 1865, to John Andrew Davidson. She came to Utah in 1905 and made her home in Mammoth, Utah, for several years. During her residence in Milford and vicinity, since 1910, she has earned the love and respect of all who knew her. Herself, the widow of a Civil war veteran, Mrs. Davidson David-son was a diligent worker for the Red Cross during the World war. She Is survived by three sons, V. M. Davidson, of Milford; D. W Davidson Dav-idson of Sheridan, Wyoming; and J. J. Davidson, of Buffalo Gaps, South Dakota: one daughter, ; Mrs. Anna Williams, of Houston, Texas; seventeen seven-teen grandchildren, three of whom, Mrs. Robert Sherwood, Mabel Davidson David-son and Jack Davidson are residents of Milford: and eleven great grandchildren. grand-children. Funeral services were held at the L. D. S church at 3 o'clock. Tuesday, Tues-day, August 29. Interment was made in the Milford Mil-ford cemetery. |
