Notice is hereby given that John B Gillies, whose post office addre. is Beaver, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requite n.ents of the Compiled Laws of 1 .tan. 1917, as amended by the Sess.ou Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1 925 to appropriate ap-propriate one-hundredth (.01) c. I. of water from Cowboy Spring In Bea ver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance oi said spring which bears 125 ft. S and 900 ft. W. from the NE cor. of Sec. 12, T. 27 S.. R. 8 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a pipe line a distance dis-tance of 1500 ft. where it will be j used during the entire year for the watering of 200 head of cattle and 2500 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 9790. ' All protests against the granting j of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee or $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
