These topics and others of similar importance constitute the theme of Circular No. 49 just issued by the ,Utah Agricultural experiment station sta-tion under the title, "This Public Do maine of Ours," by Professor George Stewart. The material in this circular circul-ar was used in Congress last winter while the'-land problem was being discussed and was pronounced by E. A. Sherman, forester of the U. S. department de-partment of agriculture, as "the clear est the best and the most compre-l hensive presentation of the problem T have ever had the pleasure of exam ining."
