Show LOCAL NEWS Olive Johnson spent the week end at Reed. Mrs. Lew Williams is residing in California. The Union Pacific has organized a ball team in our city. Mrs. Albert Joest is able to be out again after a long illness. Karl S. Carlton and George Jefferson Jeffer-son are in Provo on a business trip. Miss Lillian Stoker returned the first of the week from Mammoth. Jas Burtner of the agricultural department de-partment of the Union Pacific railroad, rail-road, was in Milford Friday. Al McKeon is moving his family to Baker, Nevada, where they will reside re-side during the summer. Mrs. Fred Ludtke .and little daughter, dau-ghter, arrived from Southern California Cal-ifornia today. Miss Bessie Killam returned Sunday, Sun-day, after spending the week end In Salt Lake City. Mrs. Margaret Sallee Ryan and daughter, left Wednesday afternoon for Hollywood, California. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Hunter were called to Salt Lake Tuesday on account ac-count of the illness of Mrs. O. J. David. Dav-id. Mrs. Mercy Clifford returned from Islen "Friday evening, where she has been visiting during the past two weeks. The ball game played here Sunday between Milford team and the Beaver Bea-ver team was a good game. The result re-sult was 10 to 4 in favor of Milford. Johnson, spent Sunday at the Stanley farm. They were the dinner guests of Miss Lila Stanley. Mrs. Abe Fotheringham Jr. spent the week end in Beaver visiting with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bowen spent Monday of last week in Beaver. Bea-ver. Mr. Bowen was on business for the White Market. Mrs. Bowen visited visit-ed friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Griffiths have their new country home completed in South Milford, and are contemplating contem-plating moving in this week. Mrs. Karl S. Carlton and son Walter, Wal-ter, spent Wednesday In our city, On their return to Beaver, they were accompanied ac-companied by Miss Fanny Carlton, who arrived on the noon train from California, where she has been visiting visit-ing during the past few weeks.
