He annoys the patrons pa-trons of the theater, the church congregation, the patients In the hospital and a thousand and one persons who are perfectly well aware that he has a horn. They want him to use It ; not abuse it at their discomfort. He could be Just as safe at crossings and conld hog the right of way Just as successfully by trying the "short toot, listen and toot again" method. |
