Blackburn and Charles Potter, charged with involuntary invol-untary manslaughter in connection with the death of Elizabeth Williams, 7, in an automobile accident on June 12, pleaded not guilty to the charge. Crockett Crock-ett of the city court has submitted his resignation from the city bench to .Mayor C. Clarence Neslen, effective September 1. The letter of resignation resig-nation was received by the mayor Thursday. Judge Crockett will leave the bench after having served within seven days of a full four-year term.
