Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake, City, Utah, Jan. 4, 1928 Notice is hereby given that T. W. Gunn and J. A. Bateman, of Beaver, Utah, have made application in accordance ac-cordance with requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, Ut-ah, 1919, to appropriate Fifteen Ten thousandths (.0015) of a Sec. Ft. of water from Gunn Spring in Beaver County Utah. Said spring issues at a point S .12 deg., 15 min. W 7491 ft, from the NE corner of Sec. 10, Township 2S South, Range 15 West, Salt Lake Meridian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed con-veyed by a pipe line a distance of 40 ft, where it will be used by means of troughs for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office a No. 9185. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed1 in this office offi-ce within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
