Show v UNITED IX MARRIAGE The marriage of Mrs. Bessie Stuart Stu-art of this city, daughter of Mr. an Mrs. W. W. Cook, to Ray H. Snider, fromerly of Milford and now a resident resi-dent of Las Vegas, took place Thursday, Thurs-day, April 3 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy CO'ttrell. The couple were married by The Rev. B. B. Bess, pastor of the M. E. church of this city at 7 o'clock p. m. Mr. Roy Cottrell was best man and Mrs. Roy Cottrell maid of honor. hon-or. The home decorations were yellow yel-low and white. The flowers were daffodils daf-fodils and narcissus'. The bride looked most charming in her gown of gray charmeuse embroidered em-broidered in self colors. A wedding supper followed immediately imme-diately after the ceremony. Fourteen guests were present as follows': Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Cook, Mr. and! Mrs. W. F. Cottrell, Little Miss Maxine Stuart, Masters Jess, Howard and Walter Cook, Fred Cottrell. Rev. B. B. Bess, and host and hostess, Mr and Mrs. Roy Cottrell. Mrs. Snider is an accomplishes young lady, and is well thought of in this community. Mr. Snider has been an employe of the Union Pacific railroad for the past four years. He is equipment man of the Telegraph department and' is now stationed at Las Vegas, where the young couple will reside. The' left overland Friday morning, to make their future home. |
