Show MILLER PHILLIPS Yesterday evening at a quiet wedding wed-ding which was witnessed only by the immediate friends of the contracting parties, Miss Dorothy Phillips, sister sis-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Korns, became be-came the bride of Mr. Charles Miller of Milford. The service was read at S o'clock by Rev. Kinder, pastor of the Methodist church. Dainty refresh 'ments were served by the bride's sister,. sis-ter,. Mrs. Korns assisted by her dau- 'ghter, little Miss Reba. The evening was spent with music and social time. , Late in the evening, Mr. and Mrs. Miller Mil-ler left for his home in the south part I of town. The wedding is the outgrowth of a pretty romance which had Its inception incep-tion during the days of war, when the brde was was giving her help to Uncle Sam at the round house, where she 'met Mr. Miller. Mrs. Miller is a sister sis-ter of Mrs. Harry Korns, coming to ths city from her home in McPherson, Kansas, last spring. She has won many friends who wish her much joy nnd happiness. Mr. Miller is employed employ-ed in the shops on the Salt Lake Route. He is a fine young man and has made many friends in this city. |
