Show NOTICE TO WATER VSEKS State Engineer's Olliee, Salt ljnke City, Utah, Mar. 3, 1920 Notice is hereby given that William Wil-liam B. Ridgely, of Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance accor-dance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, Ut-ah, 1919, to appropriate two (2) second-feet of water from Pine Grove Gro-ve Creek, in Beaver. County. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N 86 deg. 15 min, E 20-50 20-50 feet from the northeast corner of Section 34, Township 28 South, It 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, and conveyed by means of a flume for a distance of 300 feet and used in the Pine Grove Mining District Dis-trict at the Ridgely Mine from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year for general mining and milling purposes. After betng so used 1 1-2 see. ft. of the water wil' he returned at a point N 86 deg., 10 min. E. 1950 ft from the northeast corner of said Section 34. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 83 44. All protests against the granting oT said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made, by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in the office offi-ce within thirty (30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
