Show ANTELOPE STAR HAS MADE INITIAL 2-CAR SHIPMENT OP ORES The Antelope Star Mine, of Star District. Beaver County, is to shortly short-ly make good the assertion that the property is no longer a prospect, but a real mine. Superintendent Harry L. Parker, in a letter written Wednesday and received by the local offices yesterday, yester-day, say that six men are now at work taking out ore from the copper cop-per veins recently opened up and that the assays has borne out his estimate es-timate of values, the ore going 4.47 per cent copper, with enough gold to be worth saving. In the upper tunnel two miners are piling up the high grade lead-silver lead-silver product and the superintendent superintend-ent says that he expects to have two cars, the initial shipment from the ! property, one of lead-silver ore and ! the other of the copper ore. at the j smelter befor the week ends. I Mr. Parker closed his letter with the statement that "the possibilities I and prospects of the Antelope Star are such that even the greatest of j the knockers will soon ait up and take notice."
