Show XOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 24, 1917 Notice is hereby given that Moroni W. Simth and Merrill O. Mitchell, whose post-office address is Parowan, Utah, have made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements ot the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws or Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate five (5) cubic feet of water per second from an unnamed stream in beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 2217 ft. east and 1155 ft. north or the southwest corner of Township 28 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by menas of a ditch for a distance or 2640 ft. and there used from March 1 to November 30, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in Section 32, township and range aforesaid. As much of said water as may be necessary will be UBOd during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7343. All protests against the granting of this application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
