Show Milford Wins Game Bicycle Supply's Tires Punctured Record Attendance Over five hundred people saw Milford Mil-ford humble the pride o the Bicycle Supply team of the Salt Lake Trolley League, at San Pedro Park, Tuesday afternoon. Three dozen or more autos were parked around the enclosure and the stands were packed to overflowing. And such rooting! The town boys certainly had no complaints to make of lack of vocal encouragement. Al Kirk satin the grand stand and reeled off the ' patter" by the yard, and other equally enthusiastic "fans" made life miserable for the visitors. Let it be said for the Salt Luke boys that they were a clean, gentlemanly bunch, and beyond a few individual cases of "kicking,"' proved themselves true sports. This team is well rated among the amateur teams of Salt Lake and it put up good game but was simply outclassed out-classed by the local9. The home boys amployed team work" and good judgment judg-ment and played a fast, snappy game. In the first inning, Sale Lake went out, one, two, three. The first five balls pitched by Thiessen were strikes. Underwood hit a two bagger but died uu base. For IVI-lford, Lewis scored nhe only hit and run. Milford, 1, Salt Lake 0. In the second inning, Stead aud Higham had two baggers and scored. For Milford, Thiessen, Hartzeli and Coou crossed the plate. Milford 1, Salt, Lake 2. Neither side scored in the third..
