Show 4 LEGAL NOTICES NOTIOK TO WATER USERS Slate Engineers Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Jim 14, 1920 Notice is hereby given that Carl W. Ograin of Modena, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utahr 1917, a samended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate appro-priate two and five-tenths (2.5) second sec-ond feet of water from Atchison Creek in Beaver County. Said water wat-er is to be diverted' at a point N 37 degrees 8 minutes E 15,7 4 4 feet from the Southwest corner of Sec. 34. Twp 3 0 South, Range 19 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed in a canal for a, distance of 10,880 ft. and there used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 incl. of each year to. irrigate 160 acres ac-res of unsurveyed land approximately approximate-ly in the W 1-2 SW 1-4 and SE 1-4 SW 1-4, Sect, 21 and NW 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec. 28, Township 30 South, Range 19 West, when surveyed. This ap- plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. S334. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (3") days after the completion comple-tion of publication of this notice.
