Show FUNERAL OF :; . STEPHEN CARR Stephen Carr, a resident of Bingham for the past fifteen years, about 55 years of age and a native of Lancashire, England, died at the . County hospital on Monday ' of last week. "Steve" as he was familiarly famili-arly known was respected by all with whom he was acquainted, although he wag a laborer he had sterling qualities that might be copied by people more wealthy, ' to their advantage. Roaa Supervisor Jim Forbes started a fund for his burial wliici received, support from friends " of deceased. Funeral services were held from the O'Donnell Funeral chapel on Sunday. The Rev. Fred Eber-hart, Eber-hart, the newly appointed pastor pas-tor of the M. E. Community church had charge of the services ser-vices and feelingly eulogized deceased. The choir of tne M. E. cnurch rendered appropriate vocal selections. The pall bearers bear-ers were A. C. Cole, Ray Kener, Thomas Tibbie, Roy Hughes, Dick Sundquist and George Reynolds. The casket was covered cov-ered with floral tributes.' |
