Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS i State Engineer's Ollice, Salt Lake City, Utah June 26, 1918. Notice is hereby given that G. A. Mitchell and others, whose post-office address is Parowan, Utah, has made ' application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24. Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utan. 1909, to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of eight (81 second-feet of water heretofore diverted di-verted from Indian Creek, in Beaver County, at a point 304 ft. north ana !808 ft. west of Stockade Point to a point south 32 degrees 26 minutes east 1883 ft. from the north quarter corner of Section 19, Township 23 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will he conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 12,3 00 ft. and there used from February 15 to October 1 of each year to irrigate 520 acres or land embraced in the S and KB VI NW of Section 15, township and range aforesaid. This application is : designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a390.
