Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State (Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July. 10, 1919 Notice is hereby-given that George B. LeFevre, of fVlinersville, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended am-ended by the Session. Laws of Utah. 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate appropri-ate one-fourth,. (1-4) of. a. second- foot of water from. Lincoln Spring, in Beaver County. Said spring Is situated at a point 1500 feet west from United States Mineral; Monument Monu-ment No. 1 in the Lincoln Mining District. The water is- diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 396 0 feet and there used from March 1 to December Dec-ember 1 of each year-to-irrigate forty for-ty acres of unsurveyed land approximately approx-imately in the SE-tl-4 SB 1-4 of Section Sec-tion 30, Township 29: South, Range 9 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Merid-ian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8018. All protests against the granting of said application, sta.ting the reasons rea-sons theerefor, must be made by affidavit af-fidavit In duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice. .
