Show DISTRICT COURT CROWDED; CASES CIVIL AND CRIMINAL Too Many Troubles for Connty of Eight Thousand Inhabitants The District Court convened at Beaver Wednesday o this week. We are informed by County Attorney Russell E. Parsons that the calen- dar is crowded with cases. jIr. Parsons had twenty-six cases brought to his attention for investigation during the month of January. Several complaints were issued and at least two on criminal charges were bound over to the District Court from Milford Justice Court. It is said that there are about one hundred civil cases and thirteen criminal cases on the docket. The criminal cases are as follows: 142 State of Utah. Plaintiff, vs. Henry Hanson, Defendant.
