The same town has spent thousands thous-ands on Chautauquas, revivals, moral mor-al waves and other non-productive enterprises. It now turns with satisfaction to a wheelbarrow factory that will produce something useful give some individuals a chance to earn a living. liv-ing. Tfhe brainstorm peddler's wares rage all the way from amendments to the constitution to new ways of ?ning to heaven. With them it is anything to get out of working for a living at anything any-thing that smacks like honost productive pro-ductive industry. The brainstorm artist has had some education as a rule, and makes p " tence to superior itntelligence and higher moral standards. He is not interested In payrolls, Industries, business, taxpaying or any of the humbler problems of the ordinary ordi-nary citizen.
