Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Department of the Interior, U. S. Land Office at Salt Lake City, Utah December 16, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Lee Davis, of Gatun, Canal Zone, Panama, Pana-ma, who on December 29, 1911 made Homestead Entry, Serial No. 09254, for N. W. Yi , Section 35; S. W. M,, Section 26, Township 25 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention inten-tion to make five year proof, to establish es-tablish claim to the land above described, des-cribed, before the clerk of the court, United States of America, Cristobal, Canal Zone, Panama, as to claimants testimony, and before Herbert Nichols, Nich-ols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, as to testimony of witnesses, on the 27th day of January, 1917. Claimant names as witnesses: J. C. White, J. R.
