Show CEDAR MILFORD The opportunities tor a splendid basketball season are very pleasing so far. While some of our boys lack experience, they are showing up well and their knowledge of the game Is extremely encouraging. The general gen-eral inclination seems to be toward a fast type of basket ball and as we well know, that wins the laurels when well played. It is rather early in the year yet, to judge of the efficiency of the team, as they have only been practicing for about three weeks, but the prospects pros-pects are very satisfying. Saturday night our fellows will have the opportunity of meeting Cedar Ce-dar City on our own floor. It can safely be predicted that in so far as the local team is concerned, the public pub-lic will have a splendid chance of seeing a good game. The past record rec-ord of the U. A. C. hoopsters in winning win-ning State championship speaks for itself. No one who has a real live interest inter-est in basket ball, in general or in our home team in particular, can afford af-ford to miss this contest. The game starts at eight o'clock Saturday ev-1 ening and the price of admission is 25c and 35c. Incidentally we might mention that the rooters are an essential es-sential part of a basket ball game. |
