Daniels arrived with his signal j corps at the location of the Gentian officers' quarters, they found things scattered and abandoned as if the ; enemy had left on the run and the Lieut, picked up the German Majors -'helmet which is so prized by his ! father. Quite a number of steel helmets j of privates have been seen here but , this is he first leather officers helmet with its spike and coat of arms, to reach Milford. - , |
