Conductor O'Rourke was sent to Caliente to relieve Conductor Ernst for a few days. The Salt Lake Route watch inspec tor will be in Milford November 22 and 23. Effective November 12, 1919,'train No. 72 will leave Lynndyl at 6:15 a. m. instead of 4:45 a. m., arriving in Salt Lake at 11:20 a. m. Bulletin No. 5 5 shows a good many vacancies both for Conductors and Brakemen. Conductor J. F. Berkheimer of Milford, has bid in trains 83 and 84 with Salt Lake Sunday layover. Manager McKay of the Western Union telegraph has about completed complet-ed his new wireless office and will soon be in a position to read the wireless messages froin many miles distance. Mr. McKay has spent con siderable time and money in order N to give Milford, Utah a first class wireless station. The Western Union telegraph mes senger has put in a round-about slip. She claims senority over her sister Ann, who was recently married. The Milford Yard Office is forced to double up on account of being unable to secure an additional man. L. C. Dutro, telegrapher at the Union station returned from a ten day's trip and reports having had a splendid time. T. F. Gleeson, general griever for the conductors, has left for Cleveland, Cleve-land, Ohio, where he will meet with the general committee. It is noticed that the box car travel trav-el towtird California is improving very rapidly. The question is. what will this class of gentry do upon their arrival.
