Show FROM SALT LAKE C C. Mr. E. B. Jorgensen, Secy. Milford Commercial Club, Milford, Utah. My dear Jorgensen: You certainly did things up right All the members of our party want to express to you, to the members cf the Commercial Club and to the people peo-ple of iiilford generally their appreciation appre-ciation for your splendid efforts in bur behalf. The spirit of hospitality ind the appropriate slogan, "We're with You" just hit us right and I am sure that we were all very much .'leased with our Milford reception, which was incidentally, one of the best along the entire trip. I am taking up the matter of your .ppeurance before the commercial club on this Southern Utah Federated Federat-ed Commercial clubs proposition with the board of governors and you will likely here within a few days in regard to this matter. We trust t' at cur stay in Milford was as agrper-ule to you as I am sure it was to the members of our party. Th? "You and Me for Utah" slogan, has made a very favorable impression impres-sion upon most of the cities of the South and we hope that the spleudie sentiment expressed in those live words will not be allowed to die. We want to repeat that the slogan means just what it says, fiat we are for a greater and better Utah. The success of the trade excursion excur-sion was due largely to the wholehearted whole-hearted cooperation we found in every ev-ery city in the south. The commercial commer-cial interests of Utah are now more closely known to each o'her and I am sure that the personal contact between the people of Milford and the members of the commercial club who accompanied the excursion will prove of great benefit. The ladies of the party are practically practi-cally desirous of thanking the ladies lad-ies of Milford their very cordial hospitality. hos-pitality. We wish to express to you again, our appreciation for the efforts and hope that we will be able to reciprocate recipro-cate at some future time. We're with You." Very truly yours A. E. Eberhardt, Chairman |
