Notice is hereby given that the Horn Silver Mines Company, with its principal office at Frisco, Utah, has made application in accordance witfi the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate one-fourth one-fourth ( ) of a second foot of water from Barrel Spring, in Beaver county. coun-ty. Said spring is situated at a point north 39 degrees west 8976 ft. from the northwest corner of Township 27 South, Range 12 West. Salt Lake Baje and Meridian, in Barrel Spring Canyon. Said water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 3000 ft. and used in the San Francisco Mining District at the Horn Silver Mine from January 1 to December 31. inclusive, of each year, for general gen-eral mining purposes. This application applica-tion Is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 7691. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied bv a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
