Show ORDINANCE NO. 30. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2R OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF MILFORD, UTAH, RELATING RELAT-ING TO SALARIES, AMOUNTS AND WHEN PAID. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MILFORD, UTAH. Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2.1 of the Ordinances of the Town of Milford, Utah, relating ito salaries, amounts and when paid, be and the same is hereby amended amend-ed to read as follows: The salaries of the elected and: appointed officers of the Town of Milford shall be paid in equal nvuithly insftalmenfls 'on the lsst day of each and every month, and said officers shall receive no other compensation for their services than that herein provided, excepting except-ing expenses allowed by the Board of Trustees actually incurred in the wrformance of their duties, and excepting the Town Clerk may be paid additional compensation when actually employed by the Board of Trustees in a capacity different from and in addition to that of Town Clerk, and saia salaries shall be per annum as follows, fol-lows, to wit: President of the Board of Trusteed $ C0.00 Each Member of the Board of Trustees fiO.OO Clerk X'lO.Ou Marshal v 1320.00 Watormaster 1500.00 Attorney 0O0.OQ Treasurer -00 Justice of the Peace iSuch foos for his services as Justice of the Peace, as are provided by law for Precinct justice of the Peace.
