Notice of Hearing on Return of Proceedings and Petition for Con firmation of Sale of Real and Personal Property. Pursuant to an order of this Court heretofore made and entered- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the 3rd day of March, 1943, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M. ot saiii day. at the Courtroom of the 1 County Court House, at the City of Heaver, County of Beaver, State of Utah, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing upon, the return of proceedings and petition peti-tion for confirmation of sale of real and personal property here-i here-i tofore filed by Ireta Albrecht, ad-! ad-! ministratrix of the within entitled entitl-ed estate, when and where all persons per-sons interested in said estate may appear and file objections to the confirmation of the sales and may be heard thereon, and may produce witnesses in support of his objec. tions; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that any person may file written bids for any and all property, real or personal, in excess of the purchase pur-chase prices hereinafter set forth for the respective real and personal per-sonal property, I with Ireta Albrecht, Al-brecht, of Minersville, Utah, or with her attorneys, Cline, Wilson & Cline, at their offices at Milford, Mil-ford, Utah; notice is further given that any higher bids up to and including in-cluding the time of hearing, made in writing or in open court at the hearing, will be accepted; Following are descriptions of the property sold and the sum for which the same was s,old, to-wit: Parcel "A": Lot 1, Block 19, Plat "A", Minersville Town Survey, Sur-vey, in Beaver County, Utah. for $25.00 cash. Parcel "B": Commencing 61 rods north and 31 rods west from the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, Township 30 South, Range 10 West, S. L. M., and running- thence west 40 rods; thence north 40 rods; thence east 40 rods; thence south 40 rods to the place of beginning, and containing 10 acres of land, more or less; also Southwest quarter of the Southeast South-east quarter (SWSE) of Section Sec-tion 1, Township 30 South, Range 10 West, S. L. M., containing 40 acres of land; also, North half of the Northeast quarter (NNE) of Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 10 West, S. L. M., excepting 2 acres more or less lying in the southwest south-west corner of the above described land heretofore conveyed to George E. LeFevre by warranty deed dated November 8, 1912, and recorded re-corded November 14, 1912, in Book "W" of Deeds at Page 27, records of Beaver County, Utah; also save and except the following: Commencing Com-mencing at a stake 505 feet south and 929 feet east of the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section, township and range, and running thence south 33 feet, thence east 29 feet, thence north 33 feet, thence west 39 feet to the place of beginning: Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, be-longing, together with 17 and 37100ths shares of the capital stock of the Minersville Reservoir & Irrigation Company and 50 shares of Class "B" stock in the Rocky Ford Irrigation Company; also 30 shares of stock in the Beaver Bea-ver County Nat'l Farm Loan As- sociation; All of the above being situate in Beaver County, Utah. All of Parcel "B" sold for $3,750.00, of which approximately $1500.00 in cash, and the balance by the assumption of a first mortgage mort-gage in favor of Federal Land Bank of Berkeley. Parcel 'C": 1 Gurnsey cow, de-homed, de-homed, true heart on forehead. 1 Brindle cow, dehorned, Branded A- on left ribs, earmarked up and underbit in right ear; crop and underslope in left ear. 1 black Jersey cow, Branded HB on left Hip horns. 1 Holstein cow, dehorned, de-horned, Branded A- on left ribs, earmarked up and under 'bit iij right ear, crop and underslope in left ear. 1 calf, bally red, red spot around left eye, not marked. 1 brocco faced red, not marked. Each of said cows sold for $75.00 cash; each of said calves sold for $8.00 cash. Parcel "D": 1 red sow, light red, not marked, sold for $24.00. Parcel "E": 1 cultivator, 1 hay-rake, hay-rake, 1 wagon, 1 fresno, 1 trailer, 1 blower, 1 mowing machine, 1 plow, 1 harness. The whole of said farm machinery machin-ery was sold for S250.00. Parcel "F": a bay horse, un-branded, un-branded, black mane and tail, named June, sold for $5.00. A bay horse named Betsy, black mane and tail, branded "A" on left hind quarter, sold for $50.00. An unnamed pony, sold for $45.00. For further particulars respecting respect-ing the description of the property pro-perty sold, the conditions of the sale, the reasons for which the same was sold, the person to whom sold, and all other particulars respecting re-specting the sale, reference is hereby made to the return of proceedings pro-ceedings and petition for sale of real and personal property, together to-gether with all proceedings heretofore here-tofore had in this probate, which are now on file in my office. Further particulars may be had from Ireta Albrecht, of Minersville, Miners-ville, LUah, or her attorneys, Cline, Wilson & Cline, at Milford, Utah.
