Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS 1 The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate or change water in Leaver County, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, desig-nated, all locations being from S L B & M. TO CHANGE: a-1795 John W. Stahl, Milford, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of 1.17 sec. ft. of water right, acquired by Underground-Water Claim No. 5142. The water was diverted from a, 14-in. well, 71 ft. deep, at a point N. 537 ft. and E. 090 ft. from SVi Cor., Sec. 36, T 2S S, R11W, and used from April 1st to September t'Oth to irrigate 48 acres of land embraced in WVaSEVi, Sec. 36, T2SS, R11W. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well, 90 ft. deep, at a point X. 519 ft. and W. 3S.5 ft. from Si Cor., Sec 36, T2SS, R11W., and used for the purpose described describ-ed above. TO APPROPRIATE: 10494 George C. Jackson, 182 Lincoln St., Midvale, Utah, .00328 'sec. ft. of water for stock-Watering use, to be developed from Mud Swings, at a point N. 24 degrees 00 minutes W. 1060 ft. from SE : Cor., Sec. 28.
