Show More Candidates i File For Offices From the trend of filings for county offices made during the past week with County Clerk Miller, Mil-ler, the office of county assessor is looming up in the minds of Beaver county citizens (most of them residents of Beaver City, needless to say.) With three filings fil-ings for this office this week, there are now three Republicans and two Democrats who are anxious to tell you how much you are worth to the county for taxing purposes. S. W. Johnson and Frank Smith, Democrats, and Lawrence White, Democrat, all of Beaver, are the new aspirants for nomination as county assessor and Ernest Joseph Jos-eph of Beaver, new Republican county chairman, has filed for the two-year commissionership.
