Show Seniors Present Successful Play "Adam and Eve," a three act j comedy, was presented Wednesday by the high school Senior class I to an appreciative house which fol-I fol-I lowed with rapt attention every spoken line. The play, while j rather cleverly written, is un-, un-, usually short on comedy and action and, for that reason, the l way in which interest was held ! speaks louder than words for the i capable way in which it was cant and coached by Miss Zola Fernley, class advisor, and presented by the class. The cast was an ideal one, with every member perfect in his lines and portraying in remarkable manner his assigned role, but special mention might be made of Alden Johnson, who had an extra heavy part in the role of Arnold Baxter Armstrong, and of Roberta Morris, whose portrayal of the role of tho irascible Mrs. Armstrong Arm-strong was very good. Others in the cast, all of whom were good, were Roy Patterson, Ina Smith, Mario Angell, Bill Tribole, Patra Young and Beth Patterson. o |
