Show SOUTH MILFORD Mr. and Mrs. C. Thomas Martin returned Monday to their home in South Milford after spending some time visiting with their son Gay-lord Gay-lord and family in the state capital. The Social Hour club met at the home of Sadie Griffiths Thursday afternoon, January 24. The time was spent in sewing. Delicious refreshments were served by members mem-bers of the club. Don Elmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Elmer, is able to attend school again after being out for some weeks, suffering from mastoids. mas-toids. We all hope Don will not be out of school on this account again. Among those in attendance at the quarterly stake conference of the L. D. S. church in Beaver were the following: Mr. and Mrs. George Stanley, Mr and Mrs. Reuben Reu-ben Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Rigby Young, Mr. and Mrs. Fillmore, Mr. and Mrs. Stahl, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Bond, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bond, Mrs. Ivan McKnight, Mrs. M. Myers and Del Young. The Farm Bureau met at the South Milford club house Saturday, Satur-day, January 26. Eldon Cates was elected president and Howard Gospill, vice-president, while Leonard Leo-nard Bowen was retained as secretary. secre-tary.
