Show SOUniMiLFORD Mrs. P. B. Fisher celebrated her birthday March 13 with quite a number of relatives present. She ; received many lovely gifts. Delic-i Delic-i ious refreshments were served and the evening was spent in visiting and playing Chang checkers. Karl Murdock left last week for Crusaro, California, where he has employment. Jack Stahl and Alfred Baker are out of school on account of mumps. Howard Tanner attended the high school basketball tournament in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnighft also were in attendance at the tournament and enjoyed it very much. They are of the opinion that the Milford high school is in the same class as northern Utah in the style of basketball they played. Hal Fisher returned home this week after spending the winter attending at-tending the U. S. A. C. at Logan. He ha3 come to help with the spring work on the farm. Mrs. Howard Gospill and Mrs. L. R. Fillmore entertained the Social So-cial Hour club with 12 members present. Delicious refreshments were served. 1T |
