McKeon'and Llllie McKeon, his wife, and John Mc-Keon Mc-Keon and Minnie McKeon, his wife, known heirs-at-law, and all unknown un-known heirs at law, devisees anO creditors of P. B. McKeon and Mary A. McKeon, his wife, both deceased; de-ceased; John McKeon and Minnie McKeon, his wife; Harry S. Gradle and Audrey H. Gradle, his wife, and Roy S. Gradle and Anna B. Gradle, his wife, known heirs at law and all unknown heirs at law, devisees and creditors of William S. Searls and Emily Cuthbert Searls, his wife, both deceased; V. M. Burns, administrator admin-istrator of the 1 Estate of Fanny Searls Gradle, deceased; and unknown un-known heirs at law, devisees and creditors of O. T. Clark, deceased; also all other ' persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien upon the real property described in the complaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which tliis action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; ac-tion; and in case of your failure sq to do, judgment will be rendered ren-dered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Oierk of said Court. This action is brought to recover n judgment quieting the plaintiff's title in and to the following de-icrined de-icrined piemises and patented lode mining claims situated in the North Star Mining District of Beaver County, Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described as follows, to-wit: An undivided one-half interest in and to the Oneida, Lot No. 45; and an undivided one-half interest inter-est in and to the Day Dawn, Lot No. 4G; and being the undivided one half interest conveyed by United States Patent to O.
