Show Another Card of Fights Arranged With a matched wrestling bout as the headliner and 12 rounds or more of high class boxing and another of those always-good battle bat-tle royal as additional attractions, attrac-tions, the Milford Volunteer Firemen Fire-men are offering another athletic card that should bring a record attendance at the Firemens hall this Saturday night and send everyone away more than satisfied, satis-fied, as has been the case heretofore. hereto-fore. In the wrestling event, a two-out-of-three falls affair, Dell Young of Milford, former B. Y. U. champion in his weight, is matched against C. Jones, a good man from the Desert Range C C C camp and the fans are assured of seeing some nice work along the wrestling wrest-ling line. Bill Nichols, classy Milford fighter, had been matched with Dick Nichols, C C C man who defeated de-feated Ken Sherwood in the pre-holiday pre-holiday card spnsored by the Firemen, Fire-men, but, with Milford's Bill about to undergo an appendectomy, this match has necessarily been made impossible at this time. Equally good other matches are being arranged, ar-ranged, however, with Milford boys matched with camp boys in some instances, but some of the best bouts are promised with camp men alone as contestants. The starting gong is set for 7:30 prompt and it is promised that there will be no delay this time. Admission will be 25 cents for adults and children and women wo-men are especially invited, admission admis-sion being free to them. |
