Show i Funeral Is Held For Young Mother Funeral services were held Sunday Sun-day afternoon at 2:00 o'clock in the Milford L. D. S. chapel for Mrs. Thorold H. White, 25, who passed away the preceding Wednesday Wed-nesday after an illness of less than a week. The services were conducted by Bishop M. J. Christensen Chris-tensen and the speakers were D. C. Heslington and E. R. Moody, principals of the local elementary and high schools, respectively. Musical numlbers included a vocal solo by Dan Ferguson and quartet quar-tet numbers by Mr. and Mrs. Vance Fisher, Thelma Thompson and Bishop Christensen. The opening prayer was offered by Bishop Christensen and the benediction by Charles Beard, while President W. W. Farrer of Beaver dedicated the grave in the Beaver cemetery, where interment took place. Mrs. Irma Fotheringham White was born at Beaver February 9, 1913, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas O. Fotheringham The family came to Milford in 1921 and Irma received most ot her schooling here. Always popular popu-lar in social and other activities of the community, she added extensively ex-tensively to this popularity and acquaintance with people of the county through several years of employment as a clerk in the local J. C. Penney company store. She was married to Thorold H. White November 2, 1936, at Paro-wan Paro-wan and they had made their home here, Mr. White being an employe of the Pacific Fruit Express Ex-press company. Mrs. White is survived by her husband, a baby son Boyd, hei parents and the following brothers bro-thers and sisters: Wallace, Helen. Kathleen and Farrell, all of Milford. |
