Show Bond Election Notice PUBLIC NOTICE OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH, SCHOOL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT BOND ELECTION. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education Educa-tion of the Beaver County School District, Beaver County, Utah, a County school district of the first class, within said county, pursuant pursu-ant to law, and requisite corporate action, has called and hereby calls a special election of the tax qualified electors of said school district as shall have paid a property prop-erty tax therein in the year preceding pre-ceding such election, to be held within said district on the 28 day of June, 1937; at which election there shall be submitted to the electors qualified as aforesaid, the following proposition, to-wit: QUESTION SUBMITTED: "Shall the Board of Education Educa-tion of Beaver County School District, Beaver County, Utah for the purpose o t raising money for construction of a Shop Building and an addi- . tion to Grade School at Beaver Bea-ver City, for construction of a Shop Building and Auditorium Auditor-ium and remodeling Grade School at Milford, for remodeling re-modeling Grade and High High School at Minersville, together with necessary furnishings, fur-nishings, fixtures, and equipment equip-ment for the above projects, be empowered to issue, negotiate, nego-tiate, and sell bonds of said District to an amount of $55,-000.00 $55,-000.00 principal, composed of fifty-five bonds in denominations denomina-tions of $1,000.00 each, numbered num-bered from one to fifty-five in-(Continued in-(Continued on last page) Bond Election Notice (Continued from first page) elusive; bearing interest at not to exceed h';'r per annum, payable semi-annually, said bonds to mature serially within twenty years from date of issue."
