Show Deer Hunt Season Five Days Longer Deer and elk regulations which will prevail during the 1935 big game hunting season were announced an-nounced Sunday by Newell B. Cook, state fish and game commissioner, com-missioner, following a two-day session held at the state capitol by the big game control board. While the period October 20 to 30, inclusive, was fixed as the dates for hunting deer in the state in general, an allowance for a 15-day hunt was made for Sevier, Sanpete, Beaver, Washington.Iron and Millard counties. The date for the 15-day hunt was not specified but persumably will start ,October 20. In every section except the 15-day territories, which includes Beaver county, doe deer may be shot on only four days. Field men in , the employ of the state fish and game deparment will sell permits per-mits throughout the progress of the fifth hunting day, but no doe deer shooting will be permitted until the morning of the sixth day. For the Fish lake forest area, authorization was given for the removal of 25 bull elk on the Sevier Se-vier water shed property in Sevier Se-vier canyon. It was also decided to allow hunters to shoot 750 doe deer in the Beaver district, for which permits will be necessary, however. Authorization was given for the taking of 300 doe deer off the land immediately east of Holden and the northern end of the national na-tional forest near that town, as well as for the removal of 12 bull elk and eight cows from this locality. lo-cality.
