Show Funeral Held For John Grimshaw j Funeral services for John Crim-fshaw, Crim-fshaw, 67,- Beaver- resident, who jdied. Wednesday evening .of . last j week in a Salt-Lake -City hospital, I were conducted. Sunday at 2 p.m. ' in the Beaver L. D. S. First ward chapel, with Bistibp Clyde L. Messinger Mes-singer officiating. Interment took place in Mountain View cemetery. Mr. Grimshaw was born in Beaver Bea-ver March 14, 1868, a son of Duckworth Duck-worth and, Mary Jane Moyes Grimshaw. He married Mary Elizabeth Bradfield of Minersville I at ' Minersville January 1, 1893. They made their home in Beaver where he was a carpenter and contractor con-tractor by trade. He was active in the L. D. S. church, civic affairs af-fairs and musical circles and he was a member of the town band and orchestra many years. He had been in poor health since February. Feb-ruary. Besides his widow, he is survived sur-vived by 10 sons and daughters: Clarence Grimshaw, Mrs. LeNora Smith and Mrs. Aleen Osborne, Milford; Karl, Earl, Don and l.a Mar Grimshaw and Mrs. Olevia Dean, Beaver; Mrs. Eva Neely, San Bernardino, California; Mrs. Merle Nelson, Las Vegas, Nevada; 13 grandchildren, 11 brothers and sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Fotheringham, Fothering-ham, Lawrence Grimshaw, Beaver; Bea-ver; Mrs. Jane Rogerson, Mrs. Mary Rogerson, Mrs. May Jensen, Mrs. Ida Ehninger, Salt Lake City; William, Randolph and George Grimshaw, Cedar City; Arnold Grimshaw, Carmel, California, Cali-fornia, and Ray Grimshaw, Suuv mit. |
