Show Funeral Is Held For Young Mother Funeral services were held in the local ward chapel Sunday for Mrs. Eugene Garzand, 19, who died Wednesday after an illness of several sev-eral weeks duration. Bishop's Counselor Alvin H. Baker was in charge of the services and he and D. C. Heslington were the speakers. speak-ers. Musical numbers consisted of vocal solos, by Dan Ferguson and Mr. Baker and two numbers by a mixed quartet consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Vance Fisher, Miss Thel-ma Thel-ma Thompson and Mr. Baker. Itha France Skinner Garzand was born in Beaver August 2, 191 S, a daughter of Austin and Elva Skinner. She had attended the Beaver and Milford schools and was married December 22, 1934, to Eugene "Shiek" Garzand. Surviving Surviv-ing her are the husband, a son, Kenneth, 2 years old; a daughter, Janice France, three months old; her father, Austin Skinner of Ophir; four sisters, Mrs. Dru-cilla Dru-cilla Speakman of McGill, Nevada; Mrs. Jeanette Kohler of Milford; 1 Mrs. Helen Bracken cf Ophir; and I Mrs. Elva Watson of Pittsburgh, ; Pennsylvania; and three brothers, j De Loye of Los Angeles, Don of j Tooele and Vincent of Ophir.
