Show Y. F.W. Auxiliary Elects' The Auxiliary of the Veterans j of Foreign Wars Post 1546 held' installation of new officers Tues-1 day, April 19, at the I. 0. 0. F. j hall with Mrs. Lillian Templelon, department president, acting as 1 installing olficr. The new officers elected for the coming term were Agnes Kanert, president; Lena Stoker, senior vice-president; Jane Firmnge, junior vice-president; Nona Decker, conductress; Violet Jeffers, chaplain; Ella Parkinson, treasurer; Clara McFadden, secre- j tary; Susan Glenn, Vee Gleason and Mrs. Dean, color 'bearers ; Mag-daline Mag-daline White musician; Hannah Smith and Mrs. Dean, trustees; Lois Waddingham, patriot isim instructor, instruc-tor, and Nora Decker, historian; ' Tanis Stroseld was initiated into the order. Mrs. Nina Higgins, department chief of siaff of Salt Lake City, was present at the meeting. Mrs. Howd, Mrs. Cinda White, Mrs Oakden and Mrs. Bowman of Bel-nap Bel-nap Auxiliary 2628 of Beaver also were visitors. A committee had arranged a social at the home of Mrs. Agnes Kanert following the installation and thirty Post and Auxiliary members and visitors enjoyed very pleasant evening. ' i ii |
