Show Bond Election Notice PUBLIC NOTICE OF BEAVER COUNTY. UTAH SCHOOL DIS-TK1CT DIS-TK1CT BOND ELEC TION. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education Educa-tion of the Beaver County School Pi-trict, Beaver County, I'tah, a County School District of the first class within said county, pursuant to law and requisite corporate action, ac-tion, has called and hereby falls a special election of the Ux qualified quali-fied electors of said school district as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, to be held within said district dis-trict on the 2Sth day of June, 1937; at which election there shall be submitted to the electors qualified as aforesaid the following proposition, propo-sition, to-wit: QUESTION SUBMITTED: "Shall the Hoard of Education Educa-tion of Heaver County School District, Beaver County, Utah, for the purpose of raising money for construction of a Shop Building and an addition to Grade School at Beaver City, for construction of h Shop Building and Auditorium and remodeling Grade School nt Milford, for remodeling tirade ami High School at Min-ersville, Min-ersville, together with necessary neces-sary furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for the above project, pro-ject, Ih empowered to issue, negotiate, and sell bonds of said District to an amount of $rr,fl00.00 principal, composed of Mtv-fivo bonds in denominations denomi-nations of $1,000.00 eneh, numbered from one to fifty-fivn fifty-fivn inclusive; bearing interest nt not to exceed '.rr'r per annum, an-num, pnynhlo semi-annually, s:iid bonds to mature serially within twenty years front dnte of isU(." Represent nt ive Precinct No. Ill: M lliel sville : Lester Roberts, Clin-ton Clin-ton Thompson, Truman Kollini; Adamsville: John Pearce, Charles Johnson, George Stewart. Representative Precinct No. IV: David C. Heslington, Roy Rogers, Margaret Murdock. Representative Precinct No. V: Greenville: Percy Williams, Roy Barton, Glen Blackner; North Creek: William A. Twitchell, Harry Har-ry Green, Richard Thomas; South Milford Project: Ivan McKnight, E. M. Cates, F. W. Gospill. Voting at such election shall be by ballot, the ballots to be issued upon the questions submitted, will be furnished 'by the Clerk of the Beaver County School District. Beaver County, Utah, to the Judges of the election, to be by them furnished fur-nished to the voters. The polls will be open at each of the following polling places at the hour of 7 o'clock A.M. on said day, and will be closed at the hour of 7 o'clock P.M. of said dav. THE POLLING PLACES, for said Bond Election shall be as follows: Representative Precinct No. I Beaver High School. Representative Precinct No. II Belknap School Building. Representative Precinct No.III Minersville School Building. Adamsville School Building. Representative Precinct No. IV Milford High School Building. Representative Precinct No.V Greenville School Building. North Creek Church Building. Community Building. No person shall be permitted to vote at said election unless he shall be registered voter residing in the school representative district in which he offers to vote, and shall have paid a property tax in said school district in the year next preceding said election.
