Show Celebrate Birthday . Of Former Resident W. W. (Scott) Tanner of South Gate, California observed his 80th birthday December 6, writes Karl S. CV.rlton, retired Beaver county publisher, in an article in last week's Beaver Press, who continues: con-tinues: Among- the many friends who called to extend congratulations congratula-tions and g-ood wishes were the following former Beavers: Mr. and Mrs. Steve Fotheringham, Sergeant Ted Fotheringhia'm and his mother, Mrs. Lottie Smyth, and Mr. and Mrs. Karl S. Carlton. A fine turkey dinner with all the trimmings was served by Mrs. T nnei and Mr. Tanner received many letters and birthday cards .and presents and wishes for many more birthdays to come. His health is very much better than it has been for years. V |
