JOHNSON, Plaintiff, Plain-tiff, ' vs. ROBERT W. SHRAKE, Defend-I Defend-I ant. i THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE DEFENDANT: You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within twenty days after this service and defend the above entitled action against you ;o recover re-cover a judgment, and decree as follows. 1. First cause of action, sum of $53.00 for assaying services rendered defendant bv plaintiff; plain-tiff; 2. Second cause of action, sum of $15 for check payable to and delivered to Don Lar-sen Lar-sen by defendant; 3. Third cause of action, sum of $10.00 for check payable pay-able to cash and delivered to Why-Not Service Station; 4. Four cause of action, sum of $15.00 for check payable to cash and delivered to Why-Not Why-Not Service Station; 5. Fifth cause of action, sum of $15.00 for check payable to and delivered to Elwcod Lar-sen; Lar-sen; 6. Sixth cause of action, sum of $99.98 for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered de-livered by Jefferson Mercantile Mercan-tile Company to defendant; All the above checks mentioned were returned unpaid by Uie payee bank, Highland & Hollywood Branch of Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles, marked "insufficient "in-sufficient funds", and all of the causes of action excepting first were by the owner of the account and holders of said checks assigned assign-ed to this plaintiff, who is now the legal owner and holder thereof; For interest and costs of ccurt; That the attachment lien acquired acquir-ed by plaintiff by virtue of a levy under writ of attachment issued out of this court en personal property pro-perty hereinafter described be foreclosed, and said property sold in satisfaction of amount of judgment judg-ment which may be rendered against defendant; That the personal property attached at-tached consists of a GMC truck, and miscellaneous mine equipment, drums, rails, ranges, hoists, motors, pipe and similar personal property. !
