Show LADY TRAINMEN AID BIRTHDAY BALL The Milford Lady Trainmen have assumed responsibility for sale of tickets to the Birthday Ball on January Jan-uary 30, with Mrs. Frank White acting as chairman of the ticket committee, it was announced this week by Dick Foerster, Milford March of Dimes chairman. Two basketball games have been played in the Milford High school gymnasium, with proceeds swelling swell-ing the March of Dimes fund. Last Friday's game saw a strong Milford Mil-ford All-Star team wallop the highly-touted Beaver Veterans, 2G to 16. It is expected that a return game will be scheduled on the Beaver court under auspices of the Beaver March of Dimes committee. In the preliminary games, Milford Mil-ford No. 1 defeated Minersville Junior high, 15-13, and Milford No. 2 defeated the Beaver Juniors |
