Show j First Aid Sessions Begin I The first of a series of first aid 'classes to be conducted locally un-1 ' der the auspices of the Red Cross : ! and instructed by Dr. R. R. Shan-; i non, was held Wednesday evening I I at the Milford. Firemen's hall, with j ten people present, including several sev-eral women. No one was present from Minersville, however, and j this is to be regretted as it is the desire of the organization to qualify quali-fy one or more persons in that community and then establish a first aid station there. ' For the local first aid station, there has been received a 24-unit first aid kit and splint, according to Mrs. I. L. Kelly, secretary of the local chapter, and more equipment equip-ment is expected in the near future. fu-ture. . -.. |
