Riders' weights will be 112 pounds except for two-year olds, at 110 pounds. All jockeys will be required to weigh in at the jockey room each day at 1:30 p.m. No horse will be permitted to run that has not been properly entered. Entries close, at 7:30 p.m. each day preceding race. ' Horses will not be permitted to enter the last day's races unless they have been on the grounds during the entire meet. Horses must be in paddock not later than five minutes after being called or stand the chance of being barred from the race. Riders must appear in colors and wear numbers. Jockeys doing rough or reckless riding will be fined or suspended from the track, or both. Any jockey suspended by starter or patrol judge will be disqualified for remainder of this meet. All jockeys will be paid by horse owners. All boys riding do so at their own risk. A horse is a starter for a race when it has left the paddock and enters the track on its way to the post; and all wagers on it stand, whether it leaves the post or not. Not less than four entries will fill a race. Purses will.be divided 60, 30 and 10. All two-year olds must have been born after January 1, 1937. The committee reserves the right to change any or all races and any and all regulations. Hay, straw and stables will be furnished free by ithe committee for five days. Horsemen are expected to furnish their own living quarters as all stables will be used for horses. Owners will be held responsible for the conduct of their riders. The judg'es' decisions in all events will be final. The committee invites horsemen to bring 'their horses to Milford for racing and training. D. E. KIRK, General Fair Chairman J. D.
