Show FORMER MILFORD BUSINESS MAN DIES IN CALIFORNIA Angus Buchanan, for many years engaged in business in Milford, passed pass-ed away at Ids home in Compton, j Calif., on January 11. The remains passed through Milford Saturday en- 1 route to Provo for burial. Mr. Buchanan operated a drug store in Mflford for a number of years, selling out in 1914 to a Mr. Brooks, the store latter being acquired acquir-ed by Lamar Outzen. After selling his drug business, Mr. Buchanan remained re-mained in Milford for a couple of years where he was interested in Mining. Min-ing. In 1916 with his wife and son he removed re-moved to California wdiere he had since hade his home. His wife passed away about two years ago, and Mr. Buchanans remains were laid to rest in the Provo cemetery beside his wife and a daughter, who died in childhood. He leaves one son, Eugene, who accompanied ac-companied the remains to Provo. Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Wynaught who were in Salina Saturday drove up to Provo Sunday to attend the funeral, but arrived too late for the services. n |
