Show MINERSVILLE Garn Eyre is here visiting his father and other relatives after being in Nevada for some time. Mr. and Mrs. Marcine Davis have returned home after spending the past month at South Milford. Mrs. Clare Evans of Stockton is here visiting her son, Ruel. Orin Burke of California has spent the past week here with relatives and friends. Miss La Rue Beaumont of Beaver has been here as a guest of her sister, Mrs. James Davis. Miss Katherine Smithson of Milford Mil-ford spent Friday afternoon here visiting the Josiah Osborne jr. home. Vance Johnson of Cedar City spent Sunday here with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Baker. Mrs. James Smithson of Milford was in town Friday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Hall and daughters, Thelma and Zola, visited in Cedar City Saturday of last week. Mrs. Legrand Gale of Beaver spent Saturday afternoon here attending the birthday party of her aunts, Mrs. Anne Banks and Mrs. Sarah Baker. James Wood and daughter, Effie, are in St. George where Mr. Wood is receiving medical aid. Mrs. Floyd Wood and children visited at the C. C. C. camp in Washington Wash-ington county Friday with Mr. Wood. Mrs. Newton McBride of Fillmore is here as a guest of her mother, Mrs. J. N. Nolder. Mr .and Mrs. Wallace Outzen have as a guest their mother, Mrs. Outzen. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Tanner of Milford Mil-ford spent Sunday here. Mrs. Allen Tanner and baby of Miiford have spent the past week at the G. W. Curtis home. A. 0. Hardy attended Lodge meet- ing at Beaver Saturday night The following are laboring in the ward as home missionaries for two weeks: H. F. Baker, Hilbert Eyre, Delbert Jameson, Lester Roberts, Claude Albrecht and Merrill Jameson. Jame-son. Mrs. Anne Banks and Mrs. Sarah Bohn were the honored guests at a party Saturday afternoon. A program, pro-gram, music and games were the diversions di-versions after which a dainty lunch was served. . Lewis Griffith of Salt Lake was one of the speakers at Sacrament meeting Sunday night. o |
